Harihara Lokeśvara (?) Bodhisattva, Avalokiteshvara - Qing Dynasty. Avalokiteshvara is among the world's most popular and complex figures of Buddhist devotion. He first appeared in Indian Mahayana Buddhism, where he had a huge following as an infinitely compassionate being. He is also known as 'Lokeshvara', or 'Lord of the World' or 'Lokanatha' or 'Protector of the World'.
