Video: L'Audace Progetto - The Daring Project

The history of the Xaverian family and the history of the museum are intertwined, and nurture each other, in order to hold both the commitment to religious education as well as to highlight elegantly the cultural artifacts of peoples.
While the “Daring Project” of Bishop Conforti was the founding of the Xaverian missionaries, we could also include another aspect of it, which is the museum, founded at the same time. In the view of Bishop Conforti, the objects collected were to tell the thrilling epic of his missionaries in distant and unknown lands, and their commitment to appreciate various cultures.
And so, this video, with a few testimonies of missionaries in Italian, highlights the commitment of the Xaverians in the field of culture and human promotion.
